The dissertation deals with the problem of possibilities and clinical pathogenetic grounds of MDM method application in health-resort course of rehabilitation of patients who suffered ischaemic stroke There have been proved that application of MDM-therapy method to rehabilitation complex for patients who suffered ischaemic stroke contributes to positive changes in clinical view of the disease, to execute reduction of motion and vital activity that allows to commence the earlier active health resort rehabilitation and to reduce the extend of drug therapy. There have been proved the pathogenetic and sanogenetic orientation of the MDM method: the improvement in cerebral blood circulation and encephalic bioelectrogenesis, in lipid metabolism and rheological blood qualities, immune system. There have been revealed the pathogenetic effect mechanisms of MDM-therapy method in early and late rehabilitation periods.There have been developed and grounded various methods of treatment the patients depending on availability of associated pathology. Inclusion of the present physiotherapeutic method into rehabilitation complex contributes to efficiency increase in rehabilitation treatment of patients who suffered ischaemic stroke, heightens life activity and working ability.
