Essay

The study of influence of chronic lead intoxication connected with ecology situation to the children organism and intellectual abilities was carried out. Significant deterioration in cognitive sphere of children with lead's raised level in blood has been revealed as well as immune, hematological and biochemistry parameters' deterioration. The connection of children's blood's high lead level with the ecological situation in the nearest environment had been established. At the basis of the study's results the complex etio- symptomatic methods of rehabilitation that included efferent therapy by spirulina, food fibers, herbs with diuretic effect to reduce lead's level in blood and electroneurostimulation with pyracetam to improve the cognitive sphere's state was worked out and showed its significant effectiveness.
