Essay

The dissertation deals with the study of forms of hypertensive desease(HD) which was considered to be a manifestation of the deadaption syndrome, its pathiogenesis being presented from this position. Hypo- and hyperergic forms of HD are singled out according to the values of vagosympatic balance, surface blood serum tension and the blood hydrocortisone content. Different pathogenetic forms of HD require a differentiated selection of patients for hypertensive treatment with physical factors. Laser therapy is indicated in hypoergic HD, magnetotherapy - in hyperergic HD. The differentiated approach to physiotherapy administration increases its efficiency in patients with HD and decreases the dosage of hypotensive preparations.
