Essay

The thesis is devoted to a problem of improvement of treatment and preventive measures in anemia in pregnant women who had viral hepatitis. Is proved, that these women have a complicated course of pregnancy, deliveries and neonatal period in newborns authentically more often (course of pregnancy and deliveries 2 times as often and the neonatal period - 3 times), than in pregnant woman with anemia. The application of "Spirulina" and enterosorbent "Multisorb" in complex treatment of pregnant women with anemia promotes improvement of hematological parameters, subfraction structure of plasma, parameters of functional condition of hepatobiliary system, systems of pereoxidation of lipids and antioxidant protection, the condition of a fetus and perinatal consequences in pregnant woman with anemia, who had viral hepatitis.
