Sergienko G. The role of constitutional and legal regulations in the relations to state and religious organizations for purpose to guarantee freedom of belief in the Ukraine

The theoretical and methodological aspects of constitutional and legal regulations in the relations to state and communities of religious people as well as for the defence of freedom of belief in the Ukraine are considered in this work, development of law regulations. The following constitutional and legal principles about relations of these institutions are researched: guarantee for freedom of religion, separation of state, public schools from communities of religious people; equality of religious organizations on legal ground; banning of discrimination of communities of religious people. The role of these principles is considered in order to guarantee freedom of belief. Constitutional and legal status of communities of religious people in the Ukraine, the status of the Ukrainian state as a participant of juridical actions in realization to research religion are analized in the thesis
