Essay

The thesis is dedicated to creation of effective organizational structures of investment resources' control of building corporation and unified assay techniques of efficiency of these structures, and also algorithm of an estimation of the innovation potential of building investment projects and estimation on its basis of competitive advantages of the building investment project. The built techniques and projects of structures allow to make rational selection of building projects, to reduce costs to organization of new management structures, operational costs of investor, and also to create adequate conditions for effective current monitoring of productive activity of the built structures by the investor. The offered concept of administrative services organization in a construction and investment field determines a role and place of the studied subjects: investment-diagnostic departments of building corporations, corporations from investment diagnostic, corporations from investment project positioning, firms granting administrative service in investment process, as specific participants of investment process.
