Essay

Object of research is activity of joint ventures. The aim of research - development and realization of basic approaches to perfection of management by activity of joint ventures. Methods of research and the equipment - methods of system-structural and comparative analyses, method of quantification, method of objective analysis and expert estimations, a method organizational modeling and the situational approach. Theoretical results and novelty - development of models of the organization of management by knowledge on joint ventures. Practical outcomes and novelty - carrying out of an estimation of cultural features of partners with use of variables of cross- cultural management; adaptated a method of the analysis of cultural features of partners of G.Hofstede to activity of joint ventures; carrying out of an estimation of economic interests of partners. A degree of an implementation - scientific results were discussed on 6 conferences, published in 14 scientific works and inculcated on 1 enterprise.
