Object: set of investments' actions of the agricultural enterprises. The purpose: a theoretical substantiation and system development of measures on activization of investment activity of the agricultural enterprises. Method: monographic, abstract-logic, economic-statistical, settlement-constructive, statistical groupings, graphic. Results: the developed recommendations give an opportunity to estimate conditions of fulfilment adequately and to intensify investment activity of the agricultural enterprises. Novelty: the concept " investment activity " is specified and interrelation of the basic components and factors of formation of an investment climate in an agriculture is determined; the maintenance of concept "an investment climate " is added and the block diagram of his components is offered; classification of features of activity in an agriculture is offered for the first time, which has the following attributes - specific factors of influence on an investment climate, objects of attractionof the investments, the specific purposes of investment activity, a measure of investment activity, a way of investment; the rating estimation of investment potential of the agricultural enterprises of areas of the Sumy area is accomplished; studying of interrelation between presence of own means of the agricultural enterprises, and their influence on investment activity, also dependence of profitability of activity on intensity of capital investments has found the further development; the forecast of need of investments of the agricultural enterprises of the Sumy area is scientifically proved; the offers on improvement of conditions of investment activity in an agriculture and activization of investment processes is developed.
