Essay

Defended is the dissertation and 13 scientific contributions investigating the new method of discretely presented curves (DPC) based on proposed condensation corners with the curves mutually forming links of original and condensed accompanying broken lines (ABL) originating from the same unit. Properties of contiguity corners and conden-sation corners of convex DPC are investigated. Dimensionless factors showing the share occupied by condensation corners in relation to contiguity of original ABL links. Different schemes and algorithms of condensation point's construction are formed by determination of parity between the factors under the condition of oscillation prevention. The use of aprioristic information about angular parameters of original ABL for carrying out the con-densation process as well as different schemes are proposed. Five statements proved in the dissertation are the substantiation for the given calculations and constructions. As the further development of opportunities for the proposedmethod the applied tasks of modeling such as discrete interpolation of DPC transitive sites, DPC interpolation with rectilinear sites discrete DPC differentiation of any configuration, smooth circular contours construction are considered. The results of research were introduced in manufacturing under engine control mechanism cam profiling and in educational process of Academy as well.
