Evtereva I. Improvement of complex therapy and preventive maintenance of complications of pregnancy at a diabetes type 1.

The dissertation is devoted to questions of preventive maintenance and treatment of complications of pregnancy at a diabetes of type 1. Some pathogenetic mechanisms of development of complications of pregnancy are revealed at a diabetes: dysfunction of endoteliy, deficiency of C -peptide , as the defender of vessels and microcells (manganese, zinc, chrome) which are part of metalproteinases and provide integrity endoteliy vessels. With the account pathogenetic mechanisms of development gestosis and fetoplacental insufficiency at pregnant women with a diabetes of type 1 the complex of preventive and medical actions has been developed. Results of the carried out researches have confirmed stabilization of current of a diabetes testify to high clinical efficiency of the developed actions which have led to to reduction of frequency of development of complications of pregnancy, during pregnancy, to improvement of a functional condition of endoteliy and outcomes of pregnancy for the pregnant woman and afetus.
