Dissertation is dedicated to working out recommendations on the cardioselectiv betaadrenoblocators application at patients with hypertonical illness with metabolic sindrom on the basis of studying changes in structural-functional condition of hear ventricles and functional condition of arteries' endotely. It was shown, that it's characterized insufficient arteries' dilatation for the pationts with metabolic sindrom on the first minute at maximal vasodilatation period after decompression. It was proved, that betacsolol improves indexes of diastolic function of left ventricles
