Essay

In the dissertation the garage complexes as objects of mass (commercial) construction are analysed. At research the methodology of the system approach is used. The structural - logic circuit of research of objects as models of complete artificial system is constructed with the purpose of an establishment of communication between unit of final production, general area and set of the architectural – constructive characteristics. At definition of the space-planning and constructive decisions the functional saturation of object is taken into account, his capacity and conditions of a building platform, that is used at system engineering of the factors, by means of which the characteristic of object is reduced to the analysis of one factor – area. On the basis of general structure of technology of erection of garage complexes the system of the diagrams is developed which are transformed, allowing to establish the specifications of duration of construction. The software for definition of the basic technical and economic parameters (expenditures of labour and cost price of civil and erection works on erection of objects) is created. As a result of generalization of theoretical results is developed a technique of the system-balanced decisions and the technological principles of erection of objects of mass (commercial) building are formulated.
