Object of the study: Pregestosis and mild degree PE. Purpose of the study: To specify and add new pathogenetic information to immunological concept of PE development, as well as to work out scientifically substantiated approaches to the use of cryopreserved human placenta suspension (CHPS) as nonspecific immunocorrector for improvement of efficacy of prophylaxis and complex treatment for PE. Methods of the study: The work is based on general clinical, immunological, immunobiological, instrumental studies of the changes in the system MPF. Practical significance of the obtained results: The revealed characteristics of disturbances in protein-synthetic function of the placenta with diagnosis of clinically significant quantitative changes in the level of trophoblast beta-1-microglobulin, placenta alpha-1-microglobulin, fertility alpha-2-microglobulin allowed using these indices for differential approach to administration of the adequate therapeutic schemes. The use of the obtained findings and dynamics ofACL IgM and IgG production allow for early pre-clinical diagnosis of PE and degree of manifestation of antiphospholipid syndrome. The use of CHPS in therapeutic protocol in pregnant with progestosis and mild degree PE is a method of choice for restoration of the affected immunobiological barrier between the fetoplacental system and maternal organism, which results in more complete clinicoimmunological remission, considerable decreases complication incidence during delivery and improves perinatal outcome. Doppler ultrasound study of the pregnant with progestosis and mild degree PE determined patho-logical indices of the blood circulation in the spiral arteries when hemodynamic disorders in the uterine artery are absent, which can be a prognostic sign for early diagnosis of the above complication before clinical signs appearance. Novelty of the obtained results: For the first time, systemic analysis of the immune state with investigation of the processes of autoimmunization and immunobiological correlations inthe system MPF with determining the level of antiphospholipid autoantibodies to cardiolipin (ACL) and prognostic significance of early diagnosis of protein-synthetic placenta function disturbances was done in pregnant with progestosis and mild degree PE. The leading indi-cator role of immunological and immunobiological disorders in pregnant with progestosis, which preceded the clinical manifesta-tions of PE and required adaptive immune correction, was deter-mined. The advantage of the technique when compared with the traditional therapeutic and preventive techniques was proven. Doppler ultrasound was used to as an objective monitoring crite-rion with fixation of initial changes in the vessels of MPF system for comparative analysis of CHPS influence and traditional thera-peutic techniques on the state of the intrauterine fetus and fetopla-cental complex. Introduction: The obtained findings are used in the teaching proc-ess of departments of perinatology and gynecology, obstetrics and gynecology No. 1 and 2 (KhMAPT), departments of obstetrics and gynecology No. 1 and 2 (KSMU), department of pediatrics, obstet-rics and gynecology of fundamental medicine faculty (Karazin Kharkiv National University). The findings of the research were introduced to the practical work of City maternity hospital with neonatology in-patient department (Kharkiv), maternity hospitals No. 2, 5, 6, 7 (Kharkiv), Specialized hospital No. 12 (Kharkiv), City polyclinic No. 1 (Kirovograd). Sphere of application: medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
