Essay

This work is based on data of examinations of patients with heart failure (HF) of I and IIA stage, the alterations of patients' clinical condition, systolic and diastolic functions of left ventricle of the heart and effort tolerance for 9-12-month have been estimated and compared. The positive effect of the combined form of cardiac glycosides of vegetable origin additionally to standart therapy HF of I-IIA stage on functional condition of heart and effort tolerance has shown. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
