In the dissertation the way of increase of stability of capital workings in conditions of unstable ground rocks is proved. By results of carrying out of physical and mathematical modeling there were constructed diagrams for definition of rational parameters of a way (the sizes of the loosened and condensed zones, rocks’ damping zone loosening factor).The received dependences have underlain recom-mendations on application of the offered way of increase of stability of capital workings with unstable rocks of ground
