Essay

. Object - the creating excavation processes which function in uncertain conditions of conducting works. The purpose - in development and optimization of multilevel structure the works on a creating excavation and definition of their parameters in view of losses working hours that will allow to raise(increase) productivity of works and speed of a construction of developments (manufactures) and also to be proved scheduled problems(tasks) more deeply. Methods of researches: the analysis and generalization executed before researches and a know-how; theories of hierarchical multilevel systems and probabilities; the statistical analysis, mine measurements, measurement of time, expert ratings, dynamic and statistical modelling. Results: the approach for consideration the works on a creating excavation as hierarchical system is offered. It is executed estimation their efficiency with the account probable communications(connections) proceeding from conformity of their structure and intensity to the accepted specifications. The expediency of use of the scale - law for definition of researched parameters is proved; the essence of his(its) parameters of the form and scale is proved. The structure is expanded and the importance of expenses and losses working hours is appreciated. It is carried out determination of the rank factors which influence duration of works. Probabilistic-statistical models which in the best way respond technological essence of estimated parameters in view of losses working hours are developed. It is proved, that optimization of structure and parameters of works is expedient for carrying out stage by stage with use of a method of dynamic programming and application of statistical modelling for introduction of accident in model the systems on a creating excavation . Results of work are introduced on mine. " Proletarian " with economic benefit 363 hgrn. on 1 meter excavation and by preparation of students of the appropriate speciality. Sphere (area) use - on mines(shafts), in educational, research and project institutes of the coal industry of Ukraine.
