Safronova O. The improvement of management of state share holdings in Ukraine

The object - the share packages which belong to the state in the statute fund of the joint stock companies in Ukraine. The objective - is the development of the theoretical and methodological as well as practical principles as for effectiveness development of the state share package management in Ukraine. The methods - are induction, comparison, classification, logic and statistic method, comparative analyses, modeling, and scientific identification. The newness - is that the conceptual and methodological backgrounds of the state share package management for the state objective achievement in the capital of the native joint stock companies have been scientifically proved; the interaction of the synchronization means in the process of the privatization selling of the industrial corporation shares and using them without changing their property form have been defined. The results - are the scientific and methodological approaches from the management effectiveness assessment of the state share packages from the positions of the objective analyses have been proved; a new method of the qualitative analyses has been offered; the necessity of the proportional development of the state share package management through the coordination of the general special functions of the responsible state organizations and their representatives in the company administration has been scientifically proved.
