Meh L. Economic mechanism of formation and functioning the potatoes market

The object: the market of agricultural goods as the system of economic relationship of agricultural commodity producers of all kinds of property and consumers as for sale and purchase. The purpose: elaboration of the economic mechanism of formation and function of the potato market, which can provide the dynamic development of the potatogrowing and adjoining branches in the conditions of new development of the economy and reformation of the potatogrowing subcomplex in Ukraine on the basis of rational combination of connections between market and state regulation. Methods: abstract-logical, monographic, static grouping, indexing, graphical, economic-mathematical. Results: worked out economical mechanism of formation and function of the potato market on the basis of rational combination mechanism of market and state regulation. Novelty: the author definition of the potato market essence is given, adequate to the object of the research; its place and role in the agricultural and industrial complex ofUkraine and formation of product safety of the state is defined; theoretical and practical approaches get their further development as for the formation of economic mechanism of the agricultural and industrial complex of Ukraine and agricultural market; the logistical system of the market research and forecasting of the potato market is elaborated for the first time; the structure of the potato market in the region is studied for the first time, and the peculiarities of the function of the regional potato market is determined; the trends of the increase of potato branch competitiveness get their further development; the trends of the potato market infrastructure development; the goal is formulated, the criteria of optimality is chosen and proved; the economic-mathematical model of optimization of the branch structure in the enterprises producing potato is worked out; the components of the formation and function of economic mechanism of the potato market are determined and substantiated; the long-term parameters of potatoproducing in the region are determined, which can provide internal requirements and resources for export. Field of practical use: agricultural enterprises of various property forms, regional agricultural management bodies, agrarian higher educational establishments.
