Solovyov A. Humane Right to Life: Civil Law Aspects.

The dissertation deals with analysis of human right to life's Civil Law aspects, legal environment of this right in Ukraine and improvement of legal regulation of human right to life in Ukraine. The dissertation is the first complex Civil Law research of human right to life in Ukraine. The author proposes an approach to define humane right to life, its definition. The dissertation contains an analysis of humane right to life's substance. The author analyses Ukrainian legislation regarding human right to life, makes its comparison with international treaties. In general, Ukrainian legislation corresponds to international treaties' demands, but at the same time some legal rules need changes.
