Kucher V. Void Legal Actions.

The thesis covers issues related to the complex research of the legal action institution concerning one of the types of ineffective legal actions such as void legal action. In the thesis research the legal nature of the void legal actions is determined and classified. Besides the difference between void legal actions and failed legal actions is examined. Moreover the types of void legal actions on the grounds of their ineffectiveness are analysed and legal restitutional and collateral effects of the void legal action are investigated. The thesis has a number of specific proposals concerning improvement of the civil legislation in force which were created and made on the grounds of analysis of the scientific literature, normative and legal basis and practice of law in regard to peculiarities of void legal actions and their legal effects.
