Becoming and development processes of marketing activity in the conditions of transformational economy. Development of theoretic-methodical and applied principles of creation in Ukraine the Agency on bringing in the foreign investments and effective realization by this Agency the marketing strategy and marketing complex for the increase of receipts foreign investments to Ukraine. Methods: prognostication, economic-mathematical design, statistical analysis, and expert estimations. Theoretic-methodical principles of the marketing supplying with foreign investments are generalized and deepen. Classification of investments is conducted, the factors of influencing, features, tendencies, problems of forming the investment climate in the state and bringing in of foreign investments are discovered. The investment climate model of bringing in the foreign investments is offered. It is offered to realize planning of this activity on principles of marketing, by its complex constituents (4 C). The suggestions concerning the organization of effective activity of Agency in the spheres of bringing in the foreign investments are inculcated. Central and local authorities of executive power, educational process.
