Object: The dissertation is devoted to theoretical, methodological and systematic issues of increasing the efficiency of agricultural ventures’ management performance on the base of methods of economical evaluation of managerial work in agriculture. Purpose: Increasing the Efficiency of Agricultural Ventures’ Management Methods: abstractand logical, economic and statistics, monographic, graphic, sociological, that of economic-mathematical modellling. Results: Systematic approach recommendations for evaluating the degree of using the entrepreneurial abilities as one of the factors of entrepreneurship are formed on criteria of completeness, regularity, interdependent perfomance of basic functions, methods of leadership, conditions of realization the entrepreneurial abilities of management of agricultural ventures are given. Newness: Here proposed the approaches to the formation of the system of labour refund of managers and leading specialists of agricultural enterprises, the methodic of systematison of factors that from conditions of realization of entrepreneurial abilities of manager of agricultural enterprises, that ensure effective realization of entrepreneurial abilities in agricultural brunch. Sphere of introduction: all levels of regional management of agricultural industrial complex for evaluation, staffing, and training of top management.
