Essay

Object: processes of joint-stock property management of industrial enterprises, the capitals of which arose up as a result of privatization of public domain. Aim: development of theoretical-methodical bases and practical recommendations on construction of effective socio-economic mechanisms of management by equity on domestic JSC. Methods: systems approach, economic-statistical analysis; financial analysis; sociological questioning. Results: the model of construction of mechanisms of management by equity is grounded, methodical recommendations on construction of mechanism of emission of actions are improved. Use: in activity of organs of management by the joint-stock companies.
