Plesko M. Managing for obsersing and treatment of insulineresistent women with chronic anovulation

Dissertation is devoted to decision one of the actual questions in update gynecology: restoring effectiveness increasing of reproductive function in insulineresistent patiens with endocrine infertility, chronic anovulation and ovarian hyperandrogenia by implemention of evidence-based method of conservative complex treatment of ovulation by Metformin using as a prepared therapy. It was proved that the hyperinsulinemia and the insulineresistance, as a consiqule of previons one, led to hormone growth concentration and insuline-like growth factors-1 (ILGF-1) increasing on the base on observing of 139 women with chronic anovulation and ovarian hyperandrogenia. That's why the secondary anovulation is possible because of disturbance growth and maturity folliculi factors. It was show the Metformin using insulineresistent patiens with endocrine infertility due to chronic anovulation and ovarian hyperandrogenia leds to insuline level normalization, Progesterone, Somatothropin, ILGF-1 levels increasing, restoringof ovulation cycle and pregnancy coming.
