Object of study: pregnant women with cytomegalovirus (CMVI) and herpetic (HI) infection. The purpose of research: creation of diagnostic and prognos-tic markers of a lesion of a fetoplacental complex at maternal Herpesvirus infections according to ultrasonic both morpho-logical methods of research and a substantiation of expediency of use in complex therapy CMVI and HI at pregnants prepara-tion w-3 PUFA Epadol. Methods of the study: clinical, mikrobiologie, cytologial, im-munological, morphological, immunohistochemical, Statistical, PCR-investigations, ultrasound and Doppter scannig. Practical significance of the obtained results: аre developed sonographic and Doppler diagnostic criteria of a lesion of a fetoplacental complex at CMVI and HI. The algorithm of labo-ratory diagnostics Herpesvirus infections with use of advanced cytologic diagnostics CMVI that raises value of definition cy-tomegalovirus metamorphosis of cells more, than in 2 times is offered. Use at Herpesvirus infections in therapy at pregnant preparation w-3 PUFA Epadol results not only in enriching course of gestational process, a state of a fetoplacental com-plex, but also to downstroke of a degree of probability of a birth infected neonatal. Scientific significance of the obtained results: new ap-proaches to definition of the basic sonographic markers of a lesion fetoplacental complex are developed at Herpesvirus in-fections. Bunches of risk of development of critical vascular placental failure and perinatal complications are discharged. Mechanisms of breaking of a metabolism of the amniotic wa-ters, connected with the various contents of collagens in after-births are specific. It is advanced cytologic method diagnostics CMVI which can be used as screening test at inspection preg-nant. The expediency of application of preparation w-3 PUFA Epadol in treatment maternal Herpesvirus infections on the establishment of its influence on gestational process, func-tional, morphological parameters of a fetoplacental complex and a state neonatal isproved. Introduction: a findings of investigation are introduced into work of maternity homes of Kharkiv (№1, 2, 3, 7), Kharkiv city clinical maternity home with neonatal hospital, obstetrics wards Chuguev CDH and a regional hospital of Odessa; chairs of perinatology and gynecology, neonatology, clinical immu-nology and microbiology of the Kharkiv medical academy postgraduated educations, chair of paediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology of the Kharkiv national university are used in edu-cational process.
