Essay

Object of research: process of preparation and making of adequate managerial decisions in management system of production enterprise. Purpose of research: development of concep-tion of system synthesis of managerial decisions preparation and making maximally adequate to conditions of economic environment, that guar-antee a steady functioning and development of enterprise. Methods of research: choice theory, optimization, economic and mathematical mod-eling, mathematical statistics, artificial intelli-gence. Results: conception of synthesis of preparation and making managerial decisions system in conditions of unstable economic envi-ronment is worked up; mechanism of prepara-tion and managerial decisions making at indus-trial enterprise is worked up; subjectivity mini-mization mechanism of expert estimations dur-ing preparation of managerial decisions at pro-ductive enterprise is offered; necessity of use is grounded and implementation mechanism of situation approach within system of preparation andmaking managerial decisions is worked up; existing methods of integration of information technologies in process of preparation and mak-ing managerial decisions are analysed and the new ones that adequate to market conditions are worked up. Novelty: conception of synthesis of system of preparation and managerial decisions making under conditions of unstable economic environment; mechanism of preparation and managerial decisions making on production en-terprise; subjectivity minimization mechanism of expert estimates during preparation of mana-gerial decisions on production enterprise is of-fered; integration methods of information tech-nologies in process of preparation and manage-rial decisions making.
