Object - whiskers Si1-хGeх and sensitive elements of temperature and strain sensors. Aim - establishment the laws of change Si1-хGeх characteristics at low temperature, influence of strain and magnetic field and creation of sensor element base. Innovation - giant piezoresistive effect is found in samples doped near metal- insulator transition; correlation between values of magnetoresistance, gauge factor and doping level is found. Application - cryoenergetic.
