The object of the research is the process of measuring of working parameters of potential-unstable linear two-ports. The subject of the research - radio-frequency methods and devices of measurement of working parameters of potential-unstable linear two-ports with the reduced resulted root-mean-square error. Methods of the research are based on the theory of complex variable, the theory of errors, the mathematical device of the theory of differential calculus, matrix methods, and also methods of physical and computer simulation. The purpose of the research - improvement of technical characteristics of devices of measurement of working parameters of potential-unstable two-ports. The theoretical and practical results. In dissertation resulted theoretical generalizations and new ways of the decision of a scientific problem which provide radio-frequency measurements of working parameters of potential-unstable two-ports are offered. In dissertation methods of measurement for the first time are formulated andproved, structure diagrams of measuring installations are developed, errors are appreciated and numerical and natural experiments by definition of working parameters of some potential-unstable two-ports based on MESFET are characterizated.
