Essay

The interrelation of geometric remodeling, diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle and functional class of heart failure with kept systolic function at hypertensive patients is established. The aldosterone level in plasma of blood at hypertensive patients with diastolic heart failure authentically raises with the increase of functional class, correlates with myocardial mass of the left ventricle and diastolic fillings parameters. The combination of metoprolol, enalapril and spironolactone was accompanied with more significant improvement of diastolic function, the decrease of myocardial mass of left ventricle, the decrease of systolic arterial pressure and pressure of blocking up of pulmonary capillaries at hypertensive patients with diastolic heart failure.
