A research object is technological processes of the cold face flare and rotary drawing; an article of research is billets profile mechanics during cold face flare and rotary drawing, as a basis of quality parameters and energy-power characteristics forecasting; a methodological basis of research is position of mathematical theory of plasticity and phenomenological theory of deformability metals without destruction; theoretical and practical results - there had been advanced existing and created new models, which describe damage accumulation during the plastic deformation and profile mechanics during cold face flare and rotary drawing, there had been developed algorithms, recommendations and methods, which are used for planning technological processes; introduction degree - within the framework of industry; the sphere (industry) of introduction is the metal forming.
