The substantive provisions of dissertation contain the comparative analysis of clinical,haemodynamic,biochemical,haemorheological indexes at the different forms of neurocirculatory asthenia in a dynamics pregnancies,their correlation and role in the origin of syndrome of hypoxia in mother-placenta-fetal system depending on a type and degree of function external breathing disturbance.The complex of the differentiated treatment measures is offered for a prophylaxis and treatment of placenta insufficiency,and well-proven its efficiency,which includes preparations of antihomotoxical action,and also facilities of metabolic, antihipoxant actions - Instenon and Actovegin.
