Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the determination of the essence of postmodern theorizing in contemporary sociology. Attention is paid to the genesis of postmodern ideas in the contemporary theoretical sociology, as well as to founding postmodern conceptions and theories. The complex analysis of postmodern theorizing and its impact upon prospects of sociological theory development are also carried out. Fundamental conceptions and categories of postmodern theorizing are discovered in the dissertation. Basic thesis of postmodern methodology are out lined.
