The object of investigation is the operational management system of the industrial enterprise activity. The subject of investigation is a complex of theoretical, methodological and methodical aspects of the operational controlling organizational and economical mechanism generating. Comprehensive and system approaches, analysis techniques, synthetic procedures, simulation methods (operational controlling indicators system validating, methodological fundamentals of budget control system and methodical recommendations of the operational controlling mechanism efficiency increase development), correlation methods (optimal level of the operational regulation costs determination), expert evaluation methods (budget risks evaluation improvement), investment calculation methods (efficiency evaluation of the controlling system development) were applied. The methodical fundamentals of the operational planning and control activity and of the operational regulation efficiency increase based on the controlling mechanism were founded. The results of research were introduced into practice of the enterprises of light industry. The field of application is the industrial enterprises.
