Essay

The investigation deals with the theoretical substantiation of the main ideas of the etiopathogenesis of tubal pregnancy depending upon the localization of the ovum, diagnostical algorythms of examining women after operations on the uterine tube. An important role in the mechanisms of ectopic pregnancy development in the interstitial portion is prformed by infections agents, in the ampullar one - by the changes of gormonal female status, and in the isthmic - their combination. Interruption of extrauterine pregnancy by means of tubal rupture or tubal abortion in the systems of tissue fibrinolysis and proteolysis causes disorders which promote increased adhesions in the abdominal cavity. Effective curative-rehabilitation complex with the use of Fromilid, Dufaston and early physiotherapy has been worked out which allowed to renew reproductive function of many patients after ectopic pregnancy.
