Essay

The thesis is dedicated to investigating the regularitys of the recovery of myelopoiesis, lymphopoiesis and immunogenesis after lymphomyelo-transplantation and the definition of the role of cell and gumoral factors in the regulation of restoral processes in the bone marrow under the influence of the transplantation of hemopoietic cells. It has been shown that addition of lymphoid cells to the bone marrow cells facilitates rapid recovery of principal quantitative, functional and metabolic parameters of bone marrow and it create necessary conditions for its stable grafting and complete realization of its potential. During the first posttransplantation month the T-lymphocytes of bone marrow demonstrates main regulating influence to the recovery of quantitative parameters of bone marrow. This lymphocytes activate hemopoietic cells. During the second posttransplantation month the suppressory cells develoр in the bone marrow, which have a phenotype of the zero- and sIg+-cells. In that time the suppressory factors with immune and nonimmune origin appeared in the serum of the recipients after injection of hemopoietic cells.
