Kulinich T. Clinical-pathogenetical aspects of complex treatment of uterus neck background processes

Under observation were patients of a reproductive age with background pathological processes of uterus neck and with a chronic processes of appendages of a uterus. The interrelation between ethiological spectrum, endoscopic, morphological and ultrastructural researches, and also changes of the immune status was investigated. The lowering of immunity at local and common levels, infringement of a functional condition ektocervix are established. Traditional therapy does not result in normalization of the found deviations. The was proved, the usage of Flurenizide in complex of treatment of background processes on the uterus neck and inflammatory processes of appendages of the uterus, that has antichlamidial and immunomodulated action, normalizes a homeostasis at local and common levels, reduces quantity of relapses and complications of disease, has normalizing influence on the ultrastructure of cells in a place of disease.
