Brizitsky А. Synthesis, physical-chemical properties, reactionary ability and biological activity derivative nitrobenzoic both amino- and nitro-N-phenylanthranylic of acids

The 84 substances, not described in the literature are synthesised: 2-halogen-5-nitro-3-sulfamidbenzoic of acid, their copper and aluminium complexes and salts with ethakridine; 5-anino-N-phenylanthranilic of acid and them methyl ethers; annelids, copper complexes 3,5-binitro-N-phenylanthranilic of acids and salt with ethakridine 5-nitre- and 3,5-binitro-N-phenylanthranilic of acids. The results of physical and chemical researches and pharmacological screening and correlation dependence, established on their basis, between a physical and chemical structure are developed preparative of a technique of synthesis, by chemical properties and pharmacological action of the synthesised substances are offered for target synthesis of biologically active substances. By results of biological screening 2 connections are revealed which show complex biological action at a level of preparations of comparison and low level toxically. On them the patents of Ukraine for the invention are received, and on one substance the techniques of identification and quantitative definition are developed which have found the reflection in the project of the analytical normative documentation
