Essay

The dissertation is on theoretical and experimental studying of psychological features of values of aged people. Based on the personality-oriented approach this study analyzes the structure and factors forming the values and sense-of-life sphere of pensioners. It was determined that the sphere of values of aged people is characterized by internal stability and integrity with the basic changes taking place in the domain of hierarchy of accessibility of this of that value which along with the steady hierarchical position of its importance becomes one of the reasons of psychological crisis for this age group.
