Essay

Object - renal structural and functional state and cytokines response at animals with different adrenoreactivity of organism upon termal trauma of skin modeling; the aim - study of organism adrenoreactivity influence on renal dysfunctions pathogenesis after the skin thermal damage; methods - modeling of skin burns in experiment, physiological, morphological, biochemical, immunoenzymatic, statistical; the novelty - firstly the adrenoreactivity of organism has been used to analyse the postburn nephropathy pathogenesis, the low adaptive capacity of renal osmodilution and osmoconcentration at animals with the changed reactivity upon hard thermal trauma has been shown; it has been proved that the inflammation prolongation after skin burn is due to disturbance of intercytokines interrelations effectiveness; the results - obtained data is theoretical basis for detection of renal tubules pathology at patients with hard skin burn, for estimation of renal disfunction degree and rate of renal pathology progression, and also for the control of therapy efficacy; it is introduced into clinical practice of Institute of urgent and plastic surgery of Academy of the medical sciences of Ukraine (Donetsk), educational process of medical Universities of Ukraine; sphere of use - clinical medicine (combustiology, reanimathology), educational process of departments of pathological physiology of medical Universities.
