The given thesis is dedicated to improvement of complex therapy and prevention of complications and relapses of female urogenital trichomoniasis taking into consideration the indices of vaginal environment condition and character of clinical course. The diagnostic and prognostic significance of the combinated research of the condition indices of the general and local immunity reproductive tract has been proved on the female urogenital trichomoniasis for the opportune individualized correction of the treatment.
