Essay

The work devoted for improvement of diagnostic and treatment of patients with simple renal cysts disease by percutaneus sclerotherapy (118 patients) by elevating the informativity and physiologic adequacy of the criteria used for renal function state examination. With the help of complex observation, including ultrasonography (before punction and 1, 3, 6, 12 month's after it) and dynamic nephroscintigraphy (before punction 47 patients and 6 month's after it - 38 patients), the indications for puncture sclerotherapy of uncomplicated simple renal cysts have been identified, which give the ability to optimize pre- and postoperative patients observation. The prognostic criteria for puncture sclerotherapy effectiveness in simple renal cysts have been identified, which increase the patients monitoring informativity at rehabilitation's period by improving the adequacy of criteria for renal function repair examination.
