Essay

This research contains the theoretical analysis of the essence forms and working reasons of the personal factor in the organization management. The evolution of the present problem analysis in the foreign and native literature has been done, the combination of the actual problems and possible ways of the solution has been underlined special attention has been paid to the problem of the dependence of the personal factors from the social type of the organization. The technology of the most effective typology of the social organization depending upon the sphere of the functioning has been made on the ground there come working political and cultural organizations. The thesis that volume and significance of the personal factors grow in the direction from working to cultural organizations has been formulated. This statement is empirically verified by means of the detailed sociological research.
