Chekhovych T. The State Authority as a Ukrainian Constitutional Law Institution.

The master's thesis is devoted to complex research of theoretical and practical problems of the state authority as a constitutional law institution. It reveals a conception, principle and function of the state authority. On the grounds of the elicited features of the state authority and taking account of the special juridical literature analysis, it has been formulated a proper identification of the state authority as a constitutional law institution. During the research the state authority was determined as one of the main constitutional law institutions. The newest scientific result is a whole analysis of the structural organization of the modern system of the state authority. The author researches single problems concerning the sources of the constitutional law institution of the Ukrainian state authority. There was made an analysis of the constitutional law institution of the Ukrainian state authority especially there was theoretically grounded a conception of the constitutional law institution system and there was distinguished and made an analysis of the major component elements of the Ukrainian state authority institution system.
