Martynov S. The Provision of Sustainable Development of Agrarian Sector of the Region

The object of the research is the process providing ecological-economical equilibration. The aim of the investigation lies in grounds and working out the theoretical and methodological theses and scientific-practical recommendations as for provision of the of agricultural sector of the region. Methods: dialectical method of cognition, systems approach, scientific abstraction, statistical-and-economic method etc. Theoretical and practical results promote the increasing of the concept and scientific approaches to the sustainable development provision. The practical essence of the work is the possibility of the practical use of the results by specialists of agrarian sphere. The results achieved provide ecological-economical equilibration and the effective use of the resources of agrarian sector. The scientific novelty: the provision of the agrarian sector sustainable development through the effective use of the resource potential of the agriculture and introduction of the ecologically oriented managing system were used for the first time; methodological concepts concerning the specific peculiarities of the resource potential of the agrarian sector were specified; theoretical theses as for formation of the ecologically oriented managing of the region were determined; and finally indicators and criteria of the sustainable development of the region were determined. The degree of introduction: the results of the investigation were taken for use by the Central Administration of agriculture and provision Zhytomyr Regional State Administration, State administration of ecology and natural recourses in Zhytomyr Region, and also during teaching processes of the State agricultural university. Efficacy: the results of the investigation form the concept of the sustainable development of the agrarian sector of the region.
