Lidovets R. The mixed contracts in the Civil Law of Ukraine.

Object of the Research: The juridicai relationships in process of concluding, fulfillment ad non-fulfillment of the mixed contracts. The objective is to clarify the contents of the mixed contract, determining of the features and legal nature of such contracts as well as of the means to iprove the legal regulatio of this sphere. Methods Used in the Research: Dialectical, analys and synthesis, historical and legal method, formal and juridical method, method of interpretation, legal comparative method. The novelty of the Research: The dissertation is the first monographical research in the national law of problems of legal regulation of the relations that resalt from mixed contracts. Results of the Research: The materials of the dissertation can be used in scientific research, legislative and law enforcement spheres, and also in the educational process.
