Considered questions of improvement of therapeutic efficiency of pathogenetic treatment of unmaturing of pregnancy at chlamydia infection with the differentiated setting of medical treatment with the inclusion of proteflazid and hofitol. His high efficiency, that will be realized by prolongation of pregnancy and urgent births, is shown, by reduction to the percent of perinatal complications on a background normalization of processes of cooperation of limfotsit subpopulations, interleycins, endogenous interferon, local defence of mucus of genital highway, gemcoagoulyation, fibrinolysis, morphological that morfometrics signs of damage of placenta complex.
