Object under research: the economic relations between district and regional agrotrade houses of Ukraine of the different legal- organizational forms and objects of their service. Purpose of the research: research of the economic relations between the agricultural producers and customers of agricultural production, the providers of material resources through agrotrade houses, economic effectiveness of functioning agrotrade houses, development and substantiation of more perfect mechanisms and ways of their activity. Methods: monographic, selective, questionnaire design, comparison, grouping, abstracted-logical, graphic and etc. Theoretical and practical results: the activity agrotrade houses in Ukraine is complexly investigated, the defects hampering creating a modern infrastructure of the agricultural products and food market, maximum approximated to the producers are determined. The theoretical and methodological positions, conclusions and offers, including in the dissertation, are directed to forming of the clear agrarian market, increasing effectiveness a system of realization of agricultural products by means of optimization of the economic mechanism of activity agrotrade houses. Scientific novelty of the dissertation: for the first time: the method of the collecting the official information about activity agrotrade houses is developed and applied; the creation mechanism of agrotrade houses , organizational frame and frame of the founders, dimensions of commodity turnover of agrotrade houses, effectiveness of the relations agrotrade houses with the agricultural producers in view of regional features is determined; the strategy of development agrotrade houses is work up, the necessity of dilating of their participate in export of production, the expediency of creation Central Agrotrade House for a coordination of activity district agrotrade houses and forming the national exporter on its basis is justified; perfected: the determination of economic nature of concept " agrotrade house " and the scheme of an infrastructure constitution of the agrarian market, which combines an infrastructure of the commodity market, financial market, labour market and information infrastructure etc. with more accurate definition elements of their structure; obtained the more development: the substantiation of an economic expediency of creating agrotrade houses for providing effective operation of a sale system of agricultural production and food and intensifying of items of the producers on home and foreign markets; determination of potential opportunities of development and dilating of activity agrotrade houses in view of volumes of realization of agricultural production in the secondary market monopolizing foreign traders or joint ventures today. Degree of implementation: The results of researches are used by the experts of Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine (certificate from 15.04.2003), Senior Management of an agriculture and food policy of Vinnitsa state region administration (certificate № 2-3/1669 from 20.09.2004) for development of measures on improvement of activity agrotrade house, mechanisms of their state support, elimination of the causes of local and macroeconomic character preventing their development, the operating time of the strategy of their successful operation . Efficiency: The development are a part of measures in forming an effective infrastructure of the agrarian market, increasing of effectiveness of operation agrotrade houses, adjusting of cooperation of the agricultural producers with trading frames. So, the propositions on improvement of the economic mechanism of activity agrotrade houses and optimization of their correlations with the producers are fixed in a basis of development of new variant of a Statute " About district and inter-regional agrotrade house". Area of usage: Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, Senior Managements of agriculture and food policy of regional state administrations at preparation of the corresponding documents about activity agrotrade houses.
