The thesis is dedicated to the theme – microbiocenosis of vagina – actual in scientific and practical aspect at the threat of pregnancy breaking and its correction. It is developed the differential complex method of treatment of disbiocenosis of vagina in women with the threat of pregnancy breaking, based on the usage of antibiotics of penicillin groupe for the system influencing in connection with the use of the intravaginal influencing sanation, is approved, that is instrumental in more quick renewal of normal vaginal biocenosis and stopping the threat of pregnancy breaking.
