Bilim G. Peculiarities of the сourse of pregnancy, delivery, postnatal period in women with mixed infection of the genital tract in anamnesis

The peculiarities of clinical course of pregnancy, delivery and postnatal period in women with mixed infection of the genital tract in anamnesis has been studied on the basis of clinical-laboratory microbiological and functional methods of the investigation. It has been shown the role of disorders of microbiocenosis of the genital tract, systemic and local immunity, metabolic, hormonal, functional disturbances and disadaptive changes of the state of psychoemotional system in the development of complications. The methods of the control for the clinical course of pregnancy, delivery and postnatal period in women with mixed infection of the genital tract in anamnesis were recommended. The practical recommendations concerning the lowering of the ocurrence of complication on the basis of the correction of microbiocenosis of the genital tract, the usage of low-intensive lazer radiation on the ground of the usage of natural biological-active preparations and methods of rational psychocorrection have been developed and introduced.
