Suray I. The public administration of agrarian sector of Ukrainian economy: functional-structural aspect

The object is the system of public administration of the agricultural sector of economics of Ukraine. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of the public administration of the agricultural sector of economics of Ukraine contents as well as the definition of the improvement ways of its functions and organizational structure. The methods are systemic approach, statistical, induction, deduction, and historic and genetic, extrapolation, abstract and logical. The newness is that the functions of the public administration of the agricultural sector of economics of Ukraine have been classified according to groups: main, administrative, provisional; new conceptual approach to the model development of the public administration of the agricultural sector of economics of Ukraine has been suggested. The results are that the functional and structural model of the public administration of the agricultural sector of economics of Ukraine with taking into account modern society needs have been improved; the definitions of the objective aims, tasks, main principles as well as peculiarities of the public administration of the agricultural sector of economics of Ukraine reformation have found their further development.
